These basic terms apply to use of the Shadow Mountain public website. They are provided for launch transparency and are not legal advice.
Website use
The public website provides general information about Shadow Mountain marketing services for senior care businesses. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or guarantee specific marketing results.
Audit requests
Free Growth Audit requests are reviewed for business-fit and follow-up. Please submit only business contact information and marketing context. Do not submit resident medical information, private resident information, passwords, or sensitive health information.
Portal limitation
The current client portal foundation is still marked as demo until Supabase Auth, row-level security, protected routes, and client-specific data isolation are implemented and verified.
